You tell them what’s wrong. No reply. You ask again. Still no reply. Nothing gets sorted.
Noise, mess, tension, or housemate problems make the house feel stressful instead of peaceful.
You start looking for another place — costing more time, money, and energy just to feel stable again.
When tenants tell us about repairs, noise, mess, or a housemate problem. We acknowledge it, check what happened, speak with the people involved, and work through it using the house rules and South Australian tenancy process.
Before you apply, we explain the rules around noise, guests, cleaning, shared spaces, safety, and respect — so everyone knows what is expected upfront.
You see the weekly rent and what is included before you apply. Electricity, water, and gas are included based on normal household use.
If you want to bring an extra electrical appliance, tell us first. We check the power use, work out any extra cost upfront, and include it in your weekly rent — so there is less chance of surprise bill-splitting later.
Fair use policy applies, so the arrangement stays fair for everyone.
