Pricing - How much does it cost to live at Iris share house?
Depending on size of the room and locations, each share house is different and set up is different. Weekly rent is typically $230-275 per week including basic utilities such as water, power and gas, subject to Fair Use Policy.
Centrelink recipients may be able to apply for Centrelink rent assistance of $212.00per fortnightly (at the time of writing – 1 Sep 2025) with our signed lease agreements.
